Fresh is Best

Working as a VM / Design consultant for Westfield, Charmaine met first time shopping centre retailers Fred & Deborah Trim. They had taken on a juice and sandwich bar business in Westfield Parramatta and were about to embark on a signage upgrade and redesign of the space. Having successfully run a neighborhood takeaway food business, they thought they had experience, but the Trims were quite unprepared for the guidelines and processes involved in a shopping centre food retail upgrade.
